Hi. My name is Nick, owner of Terabytes. Terabytes LLC is an insured and bonded company. All Terabytes employees have completed a State and Federal criminal background checks, providing the opportunities to work in any business, school, hospital, government and institutional setting.

Since very little, I have always enjoyed working with technology. When I was very young, I had an iPod, played on my PS2 and traveled with my PSP handheld console. I began using the iPhone when it first came out. Now I have a “historical museum” of old games, consoles, systems and devices. Currently, in my down time, I enjoy watching Anime and playing Xbox.

I attended Wilby High School in Waterbury, CT. I stayed on, from 2018 through 2022, working in the IT Department where I reimaged computers, upgraded memory and hard drives in desktop and laptop computers, assisted with various tasks in the computer labs, organized the IT storage room, tested and repaired CAT5 cables and would occasionally (low level) troubleshoot teachers computer issues. I really enjoyed the years of hands on experience and working with people I knew and that knew me. We mutually trusted and respected each other which made it a great work environment.

After leaving Wilby in 2022, I attended Porter and Chester Institute’s IT program. I graduated with a 94.77 gpa from that program in 2024 with a diploma in IT Networking and A+ certification knowledge. I now am applying the textbook knowledge from Porter and Chester and the hands on training from Wilby, in conjunction with understanding the challenges IT Departments face, to offer practical services from Terabytes LLC.

IT departments are sometimes inundated with high demands, often with unreasonable expectations, of repetitive tasks under short deadlines. Terabytes LLC fills that need of expertise and skill to complete those tasks while your IT department can continue to conduct business as usual like responding to the work tickets generated by your end user and other standard networking issues that arise.
