Supporting IT Departments
Our business model is simple. We are here to help your IT department across various locations with short term or long term projects.
A terabyte (TB) is a unit of measure of storage, (1.24 x 1015 bytes). The prefix “tera” is derived from the Greek word for ‘monster’, in this case, meaning exceptionally large size, especially compared to all the units that came before. We don’t have to tell you that Terabytes of storage is highly sought after and recommended as the preferable storage size, because long term, it is the most beneficial and the most economical. There is no coincidence that our company name is Terabytes. We are closer to a geopbyte of help than a bit. We are exponentially useful and helpful to your department and what you need when you need extra help for specific tasks.
Hiring an extra hand just to reimage 300 computers or upgrade memory for 200 computers can be difficult and cost prohibitive. It is not practical to recruit and hire a full time or even part time employee for a singular task. Yet the responsibility falls upon your IT staff to get it done along with handling all of the other networking needs of your company, agency or institution.
That’s where we come in. We do the selected tasks you need and then leave once those tasks are completed. We return when you need us again. We mostly assist with repetitive hardware or software tasks like upgrading memory, changing out hard drives, or reimaging computers, testing operating systems or replace keyboards or external/internal batteries. We can boot to the bios or uefi to reset security parameters per your specifications. You simply supply the parts you want to go into your devices.
As we are bonded, we offer pick up and delivery of devices.
When it comes to pricing, we work with your budget. We are flexible. Pricing is typically calculated by number of devices and tasks requested per device. Government and nonprofits has special pricing.
